I have no idea if there are even any of you out there still. I promise I am here but life has gotten in the way. I am moving to Denver in two days where life as I know it will look entirely different. The biggest change is that I will be staying at home full time with my babies. I am hopeful that this difference in particular will re-motivate me to actually write a blog worth reading.
I beg your patience for a little longer while I sort through my life. Hopefully I will see you on the other side.
I'm still out here, and looking forward to your blogging renaissance. I love you!
ReplyDeleteI'm still here too. Looking forward to Denver/stay@home mom updates :)
ReplyDeleteGood bye, mraynes, i will miss your live presence.
ReplyDeleteYour sacrament mtg. talk on, "women and the temple", has helped me acquire a deeper understanding and appreciation of how grateful the women in the early church period were to be able to participate in the temple ceremony, where, previously, women around the world were banned from such sacred spheres.
Instead of being enraged by the inequality in the temple ceremony, I am now coming to appreciate how far the church has progressed in treating woman equally. I am not saying the church is perfect when it comes to equality for women, but I am better able to appreciate the journey. I have more patience for church double speak; example, the Proclamation of the Family is a convoluted statement illustrating inequality and equality in one fancy paragraph.
It makes me dizzy.
