I've often asked myself if there's something wrong with me that I'm not able to be satisfied with being merely a homemaker in the traditional sense. I've always felt I had a higher purpose, but I always assumed I would fulfill it through motherhood. Now that I'm a mother, I know that as wonderful and important as being a mother is, I was made to do so much more. I, too, was blessed with a husband who understands that and encourages me to remove the limits I've learned to place on myself. I thank you for your words that understand the sorrow I've felt from not understanding where I fit in as a woman.
